Shipping Policy

Our shipping services are available to customers in the United States and most international locations, except where restricted by law. If your country is not supported, checkout will not be available.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through Rolla Hobby.


1. Business Days

Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (Chicago)
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or promotional events.

  • If any unexpected delay occurs, customers will be notified by email.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 4–7 business days after processing
International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination country, carrier operations, customs processing, or weather conditions. Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time.


4. Shipping Fees

  • U.S. Orders: Flat rate of $4.99

  • International Orders: Flat rate of $12.99

All shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


5. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are available through the carrier’s website once the package is in transit.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

  • Rolla Hobby is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned as undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is requested.


7. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before the order has shipped.
We cannot cancel orders once they have been handed to the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be unused and include their original packaging.
